These terms cover the Prime Wealth Club community, the Purposeful Wealth System webinar, and the content shared at https://wealthdesignmodel.com. Prime Wealth Club is a private personal-finance community run by Shiv Dwivedi ("we", "us").
By registering for the webinar or joining the community, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or join.
2. Who It Is For
The webinar and community are for adults who want to take control of their money, escape the EMI trap and build wealth on purpose. Please register with your own name, email and phone number, and never submit someone else's details without their permission.
3. What We Provide
We provide financial education — live webinars, frameworks, worksheets and community discussion. We do not sell financial products and we are not your investment advisor.
Examples, calculations and portfolio discussions are general educational material, not personalised advice. Investments involve risk, including possible loss of your money. Please consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
4. No Guaranteed Results
Your results depend on your income, expenses, habits, consistency and market conditions. We do not promise any specific return, corpus, date of financial freedom or any other outcome.
5. Webinar and Community Conduct
Event dates, timings and joining links are shared by email and WhatsApp. Please join on time; if you miss a session you can register again for the next one.
In the community, be respectful. Do not harass, spam or deceptively solicit other members, do not share another member's personal or financial details without permission, and do not share community materials or access links outside the group. We may remove anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules.
6. Recordings and Testimonials
We may ask your permission before using your photo, video, statement or success story in our promotions, and we will never use it without asking you first. Please do not share sensitive financial details in group settings.
7. Changes
We may update the webinar schedule, community rules or these terms as the community grows. The latest version will always be available on this page.
