This policy explains what information Prime Wealth Club, Shiv Dwivedi's private personal-finance community, collects and how it is used when you visit https://wealthdesignmodel.com, register for a webinar, or join the community on WhatsApp.
2. What We Collect
- Registration details: your name, email and mobile number when you register for a webinar.
- Event details: which session you booked, whether you attended, and your communication preferences.
- Your messages: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or in the community.
- Basic technical data: standard website and email logs (such as whether an email was opened), kept only for running the service.
Please never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, bank login details or full card information to us by any channel.
3. How We Use It
We use your details only to run the webinar and community:
- Confirm your registration and send joining instructions for the session you booked.
- Send reminders before the session and a follow-up afterwards.
- Contact you by phone or AI-assisted call about the webinar you registered for — the call identifies itself and its purpose.
- Welcome you into the WhatsApp community you opted into.
- Keep records needed to run the community, prevent misuse and respond to your requests.
We use your email and phone only for the webinar and community you registered for — never for unrelated promotions.
4. Sharing
We share your details only with the service providers that make this possible: the webinar platform, the email sender, the calling service and WhatsApp. They process it only to deliver their part of the service. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
5. How Long We Keep It
We keep your registration and event details only as long as the webinar series and community are active, plus what is reasonably needed for records. Ask us any time to check or delete what we hold.
6. Your Choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails, reply STOP to our WhatsApp messages, or email connect@primewealthlclub.com with the subject "Privacy Request" to access, correct or delete your details, or to withdraw consent. We will respond within reasonable time.
7. WhatsApp Community
The community runs on WhatsApp, so its own terms and privacy policy apply inside the group. Please do not post sensitive financial details there that you would not want other members to see.
